Oh boy, how do I start?
I have decided to start a blog because I want to share my progress here and perhaps there are people who are interested in seeing how my progress throughout the journey looks like or how I make it work 😉
Hello! My name is Kurumi and my goal is to release my own manga and light novel, all made by myself! I’ve always loved drawing since the early days.
I loved drawing at school, at home during my free time and everywhere whenever I felt bored. While I’m drawing, I love listening to podcasts and videos about history, depending on what I’m in the mood for.
Drawing is for me like putting everything out on it and I always want to be strict on myself such as trashing sketches I don’t like or whenever I notice any flaws on my drawings, I’ll take as much time as needed to adjust until it looks better than before.
I love to draw sketches and color them out. I don’t quite like drawing straight lines but that’s okay, it’s just my taste.
As a child, I always loved drawing characters from Super Mario such as Mario himself, Luigi, Princess Peach and Princess Rosalina. I also loved drawing Sailor Moon.
My love to Mario games has always been very big. I drew pictures of myself living in the Super Mario Galaxy universe and imagining how much I would have liked to live there.
Princess Rosalina is definitely my favorite princess because whenever I think of her, she reminds me of my relative who I liked to play Mario Games with. He always asked me who my favorite princess was and my answer would always be Princess Rosalina. He told me that he didn’t think of Princess Rosalina as a beautiful princess and he liked Princess Peach more than her.
But if I were to talk about how much I like Super Mario Galaxy, then I’d rather make another post sometime later, otherwise it would be endlessly long.
I hope that my first blog post sparked some interest to see my future updates about my progress, my own interests and my journey.
